San José, Thursday, June 1 of 2017. According to details of APM Terminals, the first stage of the new container terminal in Moín will start operating in January 2018, bringing a new phase that potentiate development over the Atlantic area of the country .
Limon represents for Costa Rica the access point to the Atlantic Ocean, and therefore is an area of great commercial and logistic dynamism, reason why its evolution must be a country priority, seeking a positive representation of our nation in the international market. Based on these circumstances, the government of Costa Rica gave the approval to proceed with the implementation of the project.
